Hello!

I’m Megan

Originally from Canada. I now call Thailand my home.

I have been a doula, fitness advocate, mentor, trainer and coach for over 12 years and I am passionate about educating and resourcing women.

I have 3 kids, ages 3, 6 and 9! I know what it’s like to be confused by the amount of information and advice thrown at you during pregnancy, I know what it’s like to deliver a baby with a midwife at the hospital (2012 in Canada), with a midwife at home (2014 in Canada) and with an OB at a hospital (2018 in Thailand). I know what it’s like to maintain fitness through pregnancy, to lose fitness in pregnancy and I know what it’s like to return to better postpartum fitness.

In my 20s, I was a track & field distance athlete. I was named to 4 Canadian National Teams and competed all over the world. I know what it’s like to train hard, to win, to lose, to break records, to get injured, to feel overwhelming joy and to feel deep heartbreak. These are all part of the journey of professional and recreational athletes.

I’m a Canadian expat in Thailand. I moved to Bangkok in 2016 with my family of 4. In 2018, we added our 3rd child to our little family. I’ve experienced it all: extreme heat, pollution season, floods, packs of dogs, safe and unsafe environments, lack of walking/running trails and more.

  • BSc in Biopsychology

  • Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Gerontology (Aging)

  • DONA approved birth doula training

  • ACE certified personal trainer

  • CPR/AED/First Aid
