    I am an ACE certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience in personal training, fitness advocacy, mentoring and sport coaching.

    My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for women to gain strength, reduce pain, train for a race, prepare for labour, regain lost strength, recover from injury and more!
